*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Powder Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our production standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary. * Operate powder coating equipment and machinery to apply coatings evenly and efficiently. * Monitor the coating process to ensure adherence to quality standards. * Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the coating process. * Collaborate with team members to assemble components post-coating and ensure timely production flow. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operations. * Experience in machining and fabrication processes. * Proficient in basic math for measuring materials and calculating ratios. * Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency. * Ability to operate power tools, forklifts, and cranes safely. * Welding skills are a plus for assembly tasks post-coating. * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. send resumes at jobs@istaffservices.ca Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationEtobicoke, ON
