## Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. ## Duties - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions ## Qualifications - Proficiency in French and English is required - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Bilingual candidates will be prioritized - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 ? 25 per week Additional pay: * Tips Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationMontréal, QC
