We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. *Duties*
* Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
* Assist with managing appointments and schedules
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
* Maintain and organize physical and electronic files efficiently
* Support customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Assist with communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.
* Help coordinate company events and team-building activities.
*Requirements*
* Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media tools
* Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous
* Knowledge of basic filing and invoicing procedures
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, English and Mandarin are required for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
