<p><span>We are looking for a PFMEA Quality Analyst reporting to Operations Quality. In this role, you will be involved in product and process development through FMEA.</span></p> <p><strong>YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: </strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Lead PFMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) activities from design to production, ensuring that risk reduction activities are carried out correctly.</span></li> <li><span>Mobilize stakeholders by developing new approaches to substantiate the assessed risk and eliminate it at source (design modification).</span></li> <li><span>Prioritize risks and provide justification for their resolution. </span></li> <li><span>Improve our processes to counter new production realities (logistics, mixed model, etc.) and ensure that they work properly.</span></li> <li><span>Initiate problem-solving, control plan creation and follow-up arising from the PFMEA.</span></li> <li><span>Implement risk monitoring processes.</span></li> <li><span>Innovate and provide sustainable solutions to develop and standardize PFMEA and monitoring practices to position ourselves as a centre of expertise.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: </strong></p> <ul> <li><span>A technical bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant discipline/experience.</span></li> <li><span>Two (2) to five (5) years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</span></li> <li><span>Proven interpersonal skills, excellent influencing skills. </span></li> <li><span>Recognized for rigour, structure and autonomy.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.</span></li> <li><span>Capacity to work in French on a daily basis.</span></li> <li><span>Openness and the ability to navigate uncertainty.</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Do you have any other qualifications?
