*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating children, developing lesson plans, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth and development. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children. * Educate children in various subjects, including language, math, science, and social skills. * Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. * Maintain accurate records of children's development and educational activities. * Utilize organizational skills to manage classroom materials and resources efficiently. * Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students. * Support children with special education needs by adapting teaching methods as necessary. * Operate computers and educational technology to enhance learning experiences. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. * Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. * Strong time management skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities. * Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse families. * Familiarity with special education practices is beneficial for supporting all learners. * Proficient in computer operation for administrative tasks and educational purposes. * A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering positive learning experiences. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$29.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-06- LocationToronto, ON
