*Job Summary* We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to and from our office to Bridgeport Station while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals. *Duties* * Safely operate shuttle vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. * Provide friendly and professional customer service to all passengers, addressing any questions or concerns during transport. * Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking the vehicle as needed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle, performing routine inspections to ensure mechanical safety. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, routes, and passenger needs. * Document any incidents or issues that arise during transport in accordance with company policies. * Exhibit flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying passenger needs. *Requirements* * Valid commercial driving license preferred; experience in bus or shuttle driving is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks is beneficial. * Ability to write reports and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. * A commitment to safety and a professional demeanor at all times.
