Job Title: Interior Designer / Drafter Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints - Create and present design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, furniture selections, and material choices - Develop detailed design plans, including drawings and specifications, for client approval - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design projects - Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories that align with the client's vision - Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they meet quality standards - Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the design process to ensure their satisfaction Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field - Proven experience in interior design or a similar role - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit - Strong knowledge of current design trends and industry standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and find creative solutions - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you are passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces that enhance people's lives, we invite you to join our team as a Drafter.
