*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join the Jones Agencies . As we look to open up and grow our brokerage, this is a perfect opportunity to get in on the ground level. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience that can provide exceptional customer service and transaction support to our agents. We will consider candidates with their Real Estate Agents License who are willing to get their Brokers License for the short term. We may only require a Broker for two years until internal staff can get licensed. *Duties* * Supervise the Agents within the brokerage and the transactions processed through the brokerage. * Regulatory compliance responsibilities for the brokerage. * Develop and maintain strong relationships within the community. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, and inspectors. *Requirements* * Valid Real Estate Brokers license in Alberta. * Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role in the industry.
