Enflo, A Pexco Company, is looking for an HR Generalist in Grand Falls, NB. *Company Overview* Pexco is a leading component supplier across a variety of industrial end markets and applications with production facilities in the US, Mexico, and Canada. Continuous improvement and ease of doing business (internal and external), remain a consistent operating theme for Pexco. *Job Location * This position is on-site in Grand Falls, New Brunswick. *JOB SUMMARY* The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Director of Human Resources and assume a key role focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role serves as a crucial link between employees and management, ensuring a positive workplace environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism along with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills on all levels within the organization. Must be comfortable working autonomously with issues that are potentially sensitive and complex, where solutions need to be equitable and consistent with good employer/employee relations. *RESPONSIBILITIES* *Recruitment & Onboarding:* · Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. · Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview process. · Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences. *Employee Relations:* · Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. · Mediate employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution. · Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. *Performance Management:* · Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on evaluation methods and employee development plans. · Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employee skill enhancement. *Compliance and Policy Management:* · Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations. · Assist in the development, communication and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. · Remain up to date on current regulations in labor relations, labor laws and benefits administration. *Compensation and Benefits:* · Support the administration of employee benefits programs and payroll processes. · Assist in conducting market resear- LocationVarious locationsGrand Falls, , NBGrand-Sault, , NB
