_*Position Summary*_
As a Procurement and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and leveraging data analysis to drive key business decisions. This role requires expertise in data-driven procurement strategies, supply chain analysis, and effective communication with internal teams to meet Dvele?s operational and financial goals
_*Essential Duties & Responsibilities*_
* Support, Transact, analyze, and report procurement, warehouse, inventory management, and vendor activities to the Supply Chain and Logistics team.
* Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
* Source and provide benchmarking analysis to product spend groupings in support of budget generation and procurement effectiveness.
* Develop reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as supplier performance, lead times, and project cost variances.
* Use of Excel or Google sheets (VBA, macros) and SQL-based queries to process and interpret data, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
* Present executive-level reporting on procurement performance, including analysis and recommendations for improvement
* Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and quality standards.
* Monitor Purchases and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources while avoiding material shortages.
* Ensure accurate data entry, financial reconciliation, and management of purchase orders to maintain a seamless procurement workflow.
* Identify inefficiencies in procurement processes and implement solutions to improve cost-effectiveness and streamline operations.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across all procurement functions.
* Support the proper utilization of ERP systems (Odoo or NetSuite) for tracking procurement activities and ensuring accuracy in data management.
* Work closely with internal teams, including finance, design, manufacturing and project management, to align procurement strategies with company goals.
* Provide constructive feedback and insights on procurement performance to relevant stakeholders to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

* A Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a combination of acceptable experience in a related field.
_*Qualifications:*_
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist or a similar role.
* A minimum of 5 years of Experience in the manufacturing construction industry.
_*Success Factors:*_
* Familiarity with modular construction is a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills or Google Sheets (VBA, macros) and proficiency in SQL queries; experience with ERP systems (Odoo or NetSuite) is preferred.
* Experience with NetSuite
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract management, and supply chain management principles.
* Strong attention to detail and delivery of quality work
