Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Tasks: Schedule events, programs and activities. Schedule work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Monitor quality and production levels. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Team player.
