User Interface Designer Duties: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas - Develop and maintain design guidelines, templates, and libraries for various platforms - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the usability of digital products - Design intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best practices - Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a User Interface Designer or similar role - Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Sketch) - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach - Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery - Familiarity with Redux, Google Analytics, Drupal, SharePoint, SQL, SCSS, Adobe After Effects, Bootstrap is a plus - Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail - Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively communicate design ideas - Strong time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously *www.dmsolving.com* *Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
