*What You?ll Do:*
* Conduct assessments in the community using standardized tools.
* Work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including those recovering from strokes or neurological issues affecting speech, communication, and/or swallowing.
* Develop care plans based on evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
* Utilize a hybrid model of care, combining face-to-face and virtual sessions, to provide the best possible service.
* Collaborate with clients? families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to set and achieve care goals.

*Skills for Success:*
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. (CASLPO)
* Valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Multilingual abilities are an asset.
* Experience in community-based services is a plus, but new graduates are welcome!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $135,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
