*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring safe and effective medication management. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care. *Duties* * Dispense prescribed medications * Advise physicians and health practitioners on the interactions and side effects of medications * Provide patients with pertinent drug information * Proactively review prescriptions for proper dosage * Supervise and maintain records of all medications * Carryout Medchecks and Pharmaceutical Opinions *Experience* * Previous experience in pharmacy is required but not mandatory * Knowledge of Kroll * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Team Player * Multi Task Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Experience: * pharmacist: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Pharmacy License (required) Work Location: In person- LocationEtobicoke, ON
