We are seeking a skilled Climber Arborist to join our passionate team. *Role Description:* As a Climber Arborist at Climbing Fox Tree Solutions, you will be responsible for climbing and working at heights to perform tree care services, including pruning, trimming, and tree removal. You?ll diagnose tree diseases, recommend treatments, and ensure the safe operation of equipment while working in various outdoor conditions. This role combines physical work, technical knowledge, and interaction with clients to maintain and preserve the trees in our community. *Key Responsibilities:* * Climb and perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal using industry best practices * Assess the health and structure of trees, recommending appropriate treatments * Diagnose diseases, pests, and nutritional deficiencies * Safely operate specialized tree care equipment, including chainsaws, rigging equipment, and climbing gear * Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used * Provide clients with expert advice on tree care and long-term maintenance * Ensure safety protocols are followed on every job site *Must-Haves:* * Proven experience in tree climbing, pruning, trimming, and removal * Strong knowledge of tree species, diseases, and pest management * Ability to safely operate tree care equipment and machinery, including climbing gear * ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain certification within a set timeframe) * Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions * Strong communication skills for client interaction * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation *Compensation and Benefits Package:* We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package designed to support your personal and professional well-being: * *Salary:* $30,000 - $40,000, based on experience and qualifications * *Monthly Performance Bonuses:* Earn additional income based on job performance * *Health Benefits:* Full health, dental, and vision coverage * *Paid Time Off:* Two weeks of paid holiday * *Professional Development:* Ongoing training and certifications to help you grow in your career * *Safety Equipment:* Company-provided gear and equipment for safe work * *Growth Opportunities:* Room for advancement within the company * *Supportive Team Environment:* Work with a team that prioritizes safety and collaboration * *Work-Life Balance:* A flexible work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance *How to Apply:* If you are passionate about trees and dedicated to providing top-notch service, we?d love to hear from you!
