*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to fabricate metal components according to precise specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The Press Brake Operator will ensure high-quality production while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures. *Duties* * Operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components as per engineering specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine production requirements. * Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance. * Utilize additional machinery such as milling machines, lathes, and plasma cutting equipment when necessary. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Fabricate parts using various techniques including welding and laser cutting as required. *Experience* * Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment is preferred. * Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment and machinery. * Experience in reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential. * Skills in crane operation, lathe work, milling machine operation, plasma cutting, and welding are highly desirable. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. * A commitment to safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
