\*Job Summary\* We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. \*Duties\* - Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards - Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards - Assist in the development of new menu items - Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times - Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed - Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations \*Requirements\* - Previous experience in the international/turkish/ middleastern resturant - Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and kitchen operations - Familiarity with food safety guidelines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental care * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Vision care Experience: * Food safety: 1 year (required) * Meal preparation: 1 year (required) * Restaurant experience: 1 year (required) * Food handling: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationScarborough, ON
