*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently. *Duties* * Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV. * Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. * Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks. * Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility. * Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents or suspicious activities. * Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. * Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees, visitors, and clients. *Experience* * Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred. * Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure overall safety.
