Job Title: Warehouse Associate Reports to: Operations Manager Department: Operations Location: Aurora, Ontario JOB SUMMARY The Warehouse Associate reports to the Operations Manager and is an important Operations team member. The position entails a broad range of functions to help ensure that products are shipped promptly to customers across Canada. Learning the processes and systems related to servicing customers and supporting the other team members is the main focus of the position. KEY COMPETENCIES Team Player Must have good decision-making skills and be a problem solver. Ability to multitask. Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with other staff as required.
