*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role is critical in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions. The Physiotherapist will work in a collaborative environment, providing care to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics and those requiring acute care. *Duties* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. * Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery. * Educate patients and their families on treatment options and self-management strategies. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology. *Qualifications* * A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. * Valid state licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist. * Experience in patient care, particularly in pediatrics or acute care settings, is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to enhancing patient well-being.
