You</span><span>?</span><span>ll find career opportunities that live up to your ambitions and be able to further develop your unique set of skills. </span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>So, if you</span><span>?</span><span>re looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span>Our expectations</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Reporting to the L&D Manager, and in collaboration with our various SMEs, the Advisor / Instructional Designer will participate in the development and implementation of different learning solutions allowing the onboarding, development, maintenance or improvement of the skills and behaviors required to allow RONA Inc. employees to perform work effectively in a safe environment.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>The Advisor / Instructional Designer will also support in the planning, coordinating, and the administration of learning into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adhere to the defined content management strategy by following RONA?s processes and procedures.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Your role<br></span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Design A360 buildouts, graphic design, storyboarding, translation, content development, English/French voiceover, video/audio editing and integration.</span></li> <li><span>Harmonize, maintain, or update existing training materials.</span></li> <li><span>Point of contact in terms of software license tracking.</span></li> <li><span>Guardian of specs for learning solutions; manage multimedia resources: logos, colors, templates, fonts, images, graphic resources.</span></li> <li><span>Manage content integration for vendors: maintain vendor standards packages and proceed UAT testing and integration.</span></li> <li><span>Identify trends, best practices and latest technologies and continuously seek and support new approaches, practices, and processes to improve the efficiency of learning design.</span></li> <li><span>Assists in the consulting, coordination, and production of technology-supported learning solutions into the LMS (Workday Learning) by following RONA?s processes and procedures to provide learning to all associates.</span></li> <li><span>Ensures that the product produced by the vendor and internal teams meet technical requirements, follows established standards and processes, before deployment into production environments.</span></li> <li><span>Provides co- LocationBoucherville, QC
