Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. Describe menu items including daily specials for customers. Advise on menu selections. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware. Serve food and beverages. Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff. Train staff. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Provide customer service. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Smart Serve. Student status: Full time enrollment. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods.
