<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p> </p><p>To perform grounds maintenance duties for a high-rise apartment building. The position is responsible for the maintenance work assigned by the Property Manager. These tasks include:</p><p>Salting & snow removal, salting for extended periods of time. Summer lawn maintenance, planting flowers, and maintaining shrubs during the possibility of extreme heat. Assist in curbside garbage collection, and interior & exterior litter collection. Interior building cleaning as needed.</p><p>Qualifications<br /><strong>Experience:</strong> 1-2 years experience required</p><p><strong>Languages:</strong> Speak English, Read English, Write English</p><p><strong>Equipment Operated/Used:</strong><br />Power tools, Security systems, Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments), Snowblowers, Swimming pool maintenance, and cleaning equipment</p><p><strong>Security and Safety:</strong> Basic security clearance/No criminal record</p><p><strong>Own Tools/Equipment:</strong> All tools and uniforms provided</p><p><strong>Essential Skills:</strong> Oral communication, Working with others, Problem-solving, Critical thinking, Physically fit</p><p>Job Type: Full-time and on-call duties</p><p>Salary: 30K plus accommodations.</p><p> </p></div>Company Description<div>Established in 1986, Paramount Properties is the largest housing provider in Ottawa and a member of the Eastern Ontario Landlord Organization for more than 20 years.
