*Job Summary* The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in the HR department by supporting various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the organization's human capital needs are met effectively. *Duties* - Assist in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Provide administrative support for HR operations and maintain employee records - Contribute to change management initiatives within the organization - Assist in training development programs for employees - Support project management activities related to HR initiatives - Participate in human resources management tasks as needed *Experience* - Proven experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to various HR functions - Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, Oracle, and other ATS platforms - Strong understanding of data collection and analysis techniques within an HR context - Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and best practices - Experience in administrative tasks within an HR setting - Ability to support change management efforts within an organization - Proficiency in Mandarin is must - Exposure to project management principles within an HR environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * Human resources: 1 year (required) Language: * Mandarin (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMarkham, ON
