*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience with Heavy Duty Truck Parts. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively negotiate with vendors. The Parts Technician will ensure that all parts are accurately entered into our systems. *Responsibilities* - Procure parts and materials from various suppliers while negotiating favorable terms. - Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of necessary components. - Perform data entry tasks related to parts inventory and procurement processes. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability and specifications. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with suppliers. - Shipping and receiving. - Able to lift and transport heavy objects. *Skills* - Experience in Heavy Duty Truck Parts. - Proficiency in sourcing and buying parts from different vendors. - Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently. - Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form. - MS Office and computer skills. - Forklift training an asset. - Strong work ethic and a positive team player. - 3-year drivers abstract will be required. Compensation is dependent on prior experience and certifications and will be discussed with the selected candidate.
