Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their goals, needs, and budget for architectural projects - Develop architectural designs and plans that meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations - Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction projects - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects - Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications - Review and evaluate project proposals and provide recommendations for improvements - Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into architectural designs Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field - Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role - Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project stakeholders - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
