We are seeking a motivated *Inside Sales Representative* to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth across North America. *Responsibilities:*
· Collaborate with management to create a strategic sales plan to meet quotas
· Identify, contact, and qualify new leads as well as company-generated leads
· Maintain accurate lead and customer data in the CRM
· Attend on-site client presentations, trade shows, and webinars
· Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously develop selling skills
*Must-Haves:*
· 2+ years of sales experience (Software, SaaS, or Digital Marketing)
· Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new technologies
· Strong client prospecting and communication skills (cold calling)
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Customer service experience
· A positive work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset
*Nice-to-Haves:*
· Knowledge of digital marketing techniques
· Experience in the real estate industry
· Knowledge of SaaS/CRM platforms

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, no weekends
*Additional Pay:*
Bonus and commission-based pay
*Experience Required:*
2 years of technology sales experience required
