*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques, including industrial, commercial, and residential painting. This role involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying finishes to ensure high-quality results. The Painter will work on diverse projects and must possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship. *Duties* *- C*alculate amounts of require materials & estimate costs - Read blue prints & Drawings of the premise for the execution of painting job -Fill cracks, holes, joints with chaulk, plaster or other filters - Clean surfaces and remove previous paint by means of sandblasting, scraping, sanding, etc. - Mix, match and apply paint in specified quantities to make the desired colour to interior and exterior of buildings using brushes, spray guns or rollers - Erect scaffolding, rigging and ladders as necessary in a manner consistent with safety codes - Offer assistance and advise to Customers on selection of materials, design and color -Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide excellent customer service throughout the project. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. *Skills* * Proficient in industrial painting techniques and methods. * Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. * Experience with drywall installation and finishing. * Familiarity with various hand tools used in painting tasks. * Knowledge of commercial and residential painting standards. * Ability to rig equipment safely for high-access jobs. * Skills in restoring surfaces to their original condition through effective painting techniques. * Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
