As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive our business development efforts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to attract new students and expand our presence in both domestic and international markets. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for aviation and a proven track record in sales management. A passion for aviation and the ability to inspire students and stakeholders in the value of nigh-quality flight training are highly desirable traits. The candidate should be goal-orientated and proactive. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets for our flight training programs.Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective students, airlines, and industry partners.Manage and lead the admissions team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure targets are met.Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate data collection, maintenance, and analysis for better decision-making.Analyze CRM performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize customer relationship management initiatives. In collaboration with corporate marketing teams, lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to create tailored customer communication and outreach campaigns.Attend aviation industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the flight school and generate leads.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential market changes. Drive continuous improvement of CRM process to maintain strong relationships, enhance the customer lifecycle and support business growth. Utilize CRM to maintain strong relationships with current and former students to foster referrals and repeated business. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position at our flight school will possess a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the aviation, education, or related industries. A strong understanding of the flight training market and a passion for aviation is essential. The candidate must have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. In addition, we will be looking for: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in aviation or educational services. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field considered an asset. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Strong understanding of flight training programs, aviation regulations, and the customer lifecycle considered an asset. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a focus on performance management. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking, and reporting tools. Experience with HubSpot considered an asset. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience. Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly. Willingness to travel as required and represent the flight school at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
