Key ResponsibilitiesWork under limited supervision to effectively deal with unfamiliar issuesPossesses well-developed skills in providing data analytics services to clientsGathers operational data to examine past business performanceIdentifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision-making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policiesMay be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysisWork in collaboration with the Energy and Environmental team lead in order to track energy initiatives, GHG reduction target and capacity managementPerform targeted audits, report on findings, provide recommendations and follow up with audited managersBuild a quarterly scorecard and interpret results, present to VP committeeReview current Capital delivery program processes and make recommendations of improvement to reduce risk exposure and improve delivery; be involved in change management program to implement recommendationsBuild training material and give training sessions on best practices and standard processesCommunicate with Bell internal end users of real estate services, understand their needs and concerns, lead improvements, adjust processes and/or service level accordinglyReview industry best practices in terms of risk management in the real estate industryEducation / Professional accreditationsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Business Analyst, Data Analytics or equivalent combination of education and working experienceMechanical, electrical, construction, civil or building engineering degree and experience in Real Estate Portfolio managementPreferred Qualifications3 to 4 years' experience in Data Analytics or Process improvementHighly developed analytical skills combined with strong presentation abilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Power pointWillingness to proactively seek information to ensure exceptional risk evaluation and mitigationExcellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, persuasion and a demonstrated ability to maintain cooperative relationships at all levelsAbility to manage multiple activities and dive into details when necessaryUnderstanding and knowledge of real estate industry and main risk standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills#EmployeeReferral
