Our growing company is looking for a Quality Control Manager. Day shift from Monday to Friday. Fridays we finish at 11:30 am!<br>If you're a rigorous team player, a good communicator and results-oriented, this is the job for you!<br><br>You'll work closely with the two Quality Control Technician and be responsible for..;<br><br><ul><li>Ensuring that the requirements of the Canadian Food Safety Regulations and the HACCP and SQF systems are maintained;</li><li>Support the QC Technician in her daily tasks;</li><li>Know and comply at all times with food quality and safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies;</li><li>Provide HACCP and SQF training to new employees;</li><li>Participate in maintaining organic, Vegan, Halal and Kosher certifications;</li><li><span>In collaboration with the Quality Control Technician and the line operator, carry out checks of the bottling line before and during bottling</span>;</li><li>Enforce the food safety culture that is accountable to its success;</li><li>Prepare documentation;</li><li>Participate in the documentation management process to ensure compliance;</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of audits for the renewal of various certifications such as SQF, Organic, Halal and Kosher.</li></ul><strong>BENEFITS;</strong><br><br><ul><li>A Monday to Friday daytime schedule;</li><li>Full-time employment over 4 and a half days;</li><li>A competitive group insurance program paid 50% by the employer;</li><li>Participatory group RRSP;</li><li>A discount on products;</li><li>Advantageous social vacations;</li><li>Time off between Christmas and New Year's Day;</li><li>A company that cares about the health and safety of its team.</li></ul> <br> <ul><li>Enjoy office work and want to be in action sporadically;</li><li>Bilingual (English, French), oral and written; Spanish an asset;</li><li>Demonstrate rigor, autonomy and a sense of responsibility;</li><li>Good analytical skills;</li><li>At least 2 years' experience in the field, or any experience deemed relevant;</li><li>Experience in agri-food manufacturing;</li><li>DEC in dietetic techniques (food processing - nutrition - management) or equivalent;</li><li>Master HACCP/SQF standards.</li></ul>- LocationGranby, QC
