* Oversee all aspects of the Immigration application procedure, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and timely from beginning till end.
* Counsel and guide client on different immigration programs and evaluate cases based on clients' eligibility and suitability.
* Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
* Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
* Maintain records, prepare report on all fees paid, files placed and visas obtained.
* Provide periodic reports to the management.
* Maintain positive and healthy working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
* Take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
*Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:*
* Work experience directly related to Immigration file management ;
* Experience using a computer, word processing and spreadsheet software, electronic mail and other web-based applications in an office environment;
* Experience working in a client-service environment, including the delivery of courteous and effective in-person service;
*Knowledge of*:
* Knowledge of records management preferably within immigration and visa sector;
* Knowledge of general office procedures and practices;
* Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control in document management;
*Abilities:*
* Ability to take direction and follow instructions;
* Ability to plan and organize work flows, set and manage priorities;
* Ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment;
* Ability to analyze and interpret information (such as policies, procedures, and/or legislation in an efficient manner;
* Ability to use computers and work with various programs;

*Currently, we are offering part-time or contractual position; however, this job has potential of getting converted in to full time permanent opportunity for a qualified candidate. *
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
