We are currently seeking a dedicated _*Architectural Technologist*_ to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Design department by performing day to day duties and responsibilities. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of accuracy. _*What You Will Do*_ * Transform conceptual/schematic designs using Revit into working construction documents * Be able to review drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards, as well as perform routine drafting and technical tasks as required throughout the project duration * Participate in the preparation of schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and any additional drawing * Assist in maintaining quality standards, format special requirements, etc. as mandated by office production standards * Coordinate working drawing information with Senior Technologists and provide support to Project Lead in coordinating construction documents for all allied disciplines * Work as part of an integrated project delivery team * Perform other duties as required * Be able to utilize Revit to produce 3D modelling and drawing _*What You Will Bring*_ * Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related subject required * Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience * Certification in CTTAM and/or ABTAM is considered an asset * A minimum of 3-5 years of architectural drafting/design experience within the commercial or residential industries is an asset * High level of proficiency with Revit (modelling projects in 3D and producing construction documentation from the 3D models) and other relevant design software (AutoCAD, Sketchup) * Knowledge of applicable building and zoning codes * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Work independently with little supervision * Experience in reading and coordinating structural, mechanical and electrical drawings * Ability to problem solve and provide creative solutions * Ability to meet strict deadlines Ironclad is an equal opportunity employer; we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace for all.
