Are you good with tools? Can you read and interpret floor plans and office configurations? We're seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our incredible team as Furniture Installers! This means you're someone who can dismantle, and reassemble desks or workstations, and other office furnishings. As a member of the crew, you will be responsible for disassembly, installation and set-up of furniture, assembling office related items at our clients' locations and worksites. You'll participate in the transformation of offices to create functional and stylish spaces. You'll use your skills and expertise to add all the final touches that meets our level of service which is among the best. Duties * Dismantle and assemble office furniture components and systems * Relocate furniture and electronics using specially designed equipment * Participating in furniture/office moves * Prep and clean up the job site Skills you will bring * Positive attitude * Determine layout and installation procedures * Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations * Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies * Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment * Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications * The ideal candidate will need to provide a clean driver license and criminal record * Confident using hand tools * Physical strength to perform heavy lifting (over 75lbs) * Assembling or building skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Reliability ? punctual * Experience is preferred, but we will train eager, motivated, reliable candidates Benefits: * Extended health care * Life insurance * Vision care * Pension (After two complete years of service) Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Overtime when required * Weekends as needed * Must be flexible Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid remote in St. John's, NL- LocationSt. John's, NL
