*Building Maintenance Worker - 2 locations * *Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills, including electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, etc. *Duties* * Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and requests promptly. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. * Collaborate with other departments to facilitate facility improvements and upgrades. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. * Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs, painting, handyman work. * Proficient in English with excellent communication skills. * Demonstrated leadership abilities. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
