*Fueler* *Job Description* PLH Dublin is a commercial aviation services development partner committed to safety, service, and integrity. In addition to into-plane services, PLH Dublin provides other ancillary fuel services, including the maintenance, fueling, and refurbishment of ground support equipment, as well as fuel facility and consortium management and operation. The *fueler *position's primary responsibility is refueling aircraft in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. *Job Functions and Responsibilities:* · Monitoring fuel levels in aircraft tanks during refueling and communicating with pilots about any problems. · Inspecting aircraft for damage or defects and reporting findings to appropriate personnel. · Connecting fuel hoses to aircraft fuel ports and refueling aircraft using hand pumps or mechanized equipment such as fuel trucks or aerial refueling systems. · Cleaning fuel spills and other debris from aircraft using absorbent pads or brooms. · Observing the operation of aircraft during refueling to ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with procedures. · Keeping logs of fuel deliveries and usage to track aircraft fuel consumption and replenishments. · Monitor fueling process and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy. · Maintain cleanliness of refueling area and equipment · Keep accurate records of fuel usage and inventory levels. · Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. · Assist with other ground support activities as needed. · Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the supervisor. · Other duties as assigned. *Requirements:* Minimum Requirements: · Must be legal working age. · Available able to work shift work, weekends and stat holidays. · Wiliness to work overtime. · Pass a federal background check.
