*Job Summary* (independent contractor position)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Runner to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service by assisting with condo related item delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting various operational tasks. This position requires *excellent communication *skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
*Compensation Progression*:
* *Review Period (First 1 Month)*: The initial role is part-time from 2:00PM to 7:00 PM, with a compensation of $2800 for the 2-week probationary period.
* *More hours*: If performance during the probation period is satisfactory, the hours will expand to 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and weekends if the opportunity exists.

* *Purchases*: The runner will use their personal credit card for small purchases (e.g., sets of plates, cutlery, batteries, bulbs) and will be reimbursed daily. Receipts must be uploaded to the job portal for tracking.
