*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team in *SHERWAY GARDENS - $20 base pay + commission*. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with business development, and contributing to account management efforts. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Assist the sales team in achieving their targets through effective customer service and support in the kiosk. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and presentations as needed. *Qualifications* * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Ability to analyze market data and identify trends that can influence sales strategies. * Experience in business development or account management is preferred. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. * Previous experience in outside sales or direct sales roles is advantageous. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development within the sales field.
