Also, periodic business and rural services based on presence in the office and needs.</p><p><br /><strong>All Applicants Must:</strong></p><ul><li>Be adaptable, have good organizational skills and work well with others</li><li>Advanced time management and organizational skills</li><li>Be detail oriented</li><li>Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills</li><li>Have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle along with a smartphone</li><li>Be bondable and able to provide current criminal record & child abuse registry searches.</li><li>Be comfortable driving. You will drive approx. 25-40,000 km per year (transportation is fully reimbursed)</li><li>Have ability to build rapport with clients</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle a high volume of work and function in a fast-paced environment, on deadline</li><li>Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, and other computer programs</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>You will be serving all types of legal documents to individuals and entities involved in Legal Proceedings. You will be given a territory, and it will be up to you to manage your files and effect service according to King's Bench, LTO (Land Titles Office) and inter-provincial rules of service. These range from divorce petitions to claims and foreclosures. Is that something you are comfortable doing?</li><li>MUST be self motivated! Hours throughout the day are flexible so you will be responsible to ensure you are working 40 hours a week as you manage your time.</li><li>Maintain positive client relationships.
