Capeland Hutterian School is a colony school with 16 students. It is located 50 KM north east of Swift Current, SK.Start Date: November 18, 2024 Qualifications: Educational Assistant certification or early childhood training an asset<p> Ability and experience in working with children<p> Physical ability to work with active students<p> Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to work in a team environment<p> A positive and flexible attitude to change<p> Willingness to respect the Hutterian culture<p>Duties may include but are not limited to the following: Willingness to meet the health and hygiene needs of children as required<p> Work one on one with students and within a classroom setting<p> Willingness to accompany a student on the bus to and from school<p> Based on needs of individual students, provide individual students with assistance in speech, motor, and language development and social and life skills<p> Work as part of a team in development and implementation of Individual Improvement PlanBenefits: Defined Benefit Pension Plan<p> Employee benefit package<p> Positive work environment<p> Pay range: $17.36 to $23.21 per hourApplications must be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. on October 30, 2024.<p>For more information about this position, please contact Holly Franklin, Hutterian Coordinator, at 306-778-9200.
