Position Scope:The Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources strategy and operations for the corporate offices of North American Construction Group (NACG) including NUNA Logistics Limited (NUNA), which is majority Inuit-owned partnership of NACG. This position is responsible for providing expert HR advice, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and applicable legislation. A significant aspect of the role will involve aligning structures with business strategies to enhance efficiency, manage change effectively, and improve the overall employee experience. Additionally, the role will include a focus on promoting indigenous awareness and strengthening community relations.
