Position Summary:Rockwood Service is currently recruiting for the position of accounts receivable and billing administrator to be responsible for invoicing for a variety of client groups in Non-destructive Testing clients. This position is based in Calgary, AB and will work under the general direction of the Regional Finance Manager. With a background in high volume billing and costing experience for invoicing, the successful applicant will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment managing large amounts data. The incumbent will be able to demonstrate strong excel skills, pay attention to detail and can provide excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: Compilation of all information needed for invoicing such as client signatures, work order #s, PO #s. Completing- LocationCalgary, AB
