The OpportunityLounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Service Advisor.The Service Advisor's role is to provide an excellent customer experience to our customers. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand.If you enjoy building relationships with people and like to provide value-added services by selling, this position is for you!This is a full-time, permanent position. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5pm. Pay range is : $48,000 to $54,000***Training will be provided***Work With UsLounsbury Automotive in Miramichi is committed to investing in our employees through training programs and a great work environment, plus: Competitive Wages Group Benefits Plan including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability that begin on your 1st day Pension Plan Employee discounts on cars and furniture Career growth and continuous development Respectful and cohesive working environment with strong company values Responsibilities Schedule service work in the service department Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle, with the customer Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers Other duties may be assigned as necessary Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred Has good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software Bilingual in English and French is required High school diploma or GED required Strong interpersonal and customer service and troubleshooting skills Likes helping people Good work ethic Must have a valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract- LocationMiramichi, NB
