Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Examine the school’s program, facilities, curriculum, operations and teacher certification to ensure that the school meets all basic statutory requirements
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Advise senior management
  • Staff recruitment and selection
  • Provide staff training
  • Provide consultation and advice
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Coaching
  • Revise programs based on academic performance level
  • Direct and control academic and related activities of the school
