PUSH Markham is looking for a motivated independent contractor Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team of practitioners, who have experience working with prenatal and postnatal population. The successful candidate will have autonomy of their work schedule Monday-Saturday based on room availability and demand. The individual will be joining as an additional pelvic health physiotherapist to take on the growing demand for this service. Reception staff, primary equipment (ie motorized treatment table, wedge pillows, linens), and office systems are provided by the clinic. The office uses Jane platform as the EMR system to manage client information with capability for direct billing with insurance companies. *Job Requirements* * Perform and document assessment and therapeutic progress in the client's record via Jane App * Provide a treatment plan and care for clients related to pelvic health with a focus for prenatal, postnatal and women's health * Work independently, and as a member of a team with a growth mindset * Commitment to stay with PUSH longer term * Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, reception staff and other practitioners *Qualifications/ Required Experience* * Licensed and in good standing with Ontario College of Physiotherapy (required) * Minimum 1 year experience with prenatal / postnatal experience * Completed at minimum Level 1 pelvic floor courses for pain and pregnancy * Excellent verbal and written communication *About PUSH* An award recipient of 2023 Desjardins GoodSparks and 1 of 3 small businesses featured on Desjardins nationwide media.
