*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Cafe Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth workflow. *Responsibilities* - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Assist in food preparation and service - Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas - Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons - Help with inventory management and restocking supplies *Experience* - Previous experience in food service or cashiering is preferred - Proficiency in basic math for cash handling - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.40-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 ? 30 per week Work Location: In person- LocationPrince George, BC
