*The Role:*
The primary role of the Sales Administrator is to support the sales team in meeting our sales targets by ensuring our beer, cider and trade tools get into the hands of our customers. This is a great role for a detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude who loves working with a fun team to move our business forward. The dynamic role includes everything from taking customer orders, supporting the creation of sales pitch materials, coordinating sampling programs, and generally helping to grow our brands in the trade. The Sales Administration Manager is a crucial member of our sales team, and will also work closely with the marketing agency team on key trade initiatives, and also liaise with our hospitality and logistics group as required.
*Responsibilities:*
* Directly managing the Sales & Marketing Coordinator and overseeing all inside sales initiatives and communication.
* Overseeing all aspects of the customer ordering process when dealing with LCBO, grocery stores, Beer Stores, and on-premise customers by phone and via email to stimulate new listings and re-orders.
* Overseeing and ensuring accuracy of our sales order processing in our internal systems and ensuring delivery coordination with our logistics team and partner companies.
* Supporting the sales representatives in monitoring inventory levels and ensuing that we have no out-of-stocks.
* With the support of the Head of Sales, efficiently managing and tracking trade budgets throughout the year, adapting plans as new opportunities or challenges arise.
* Effectively communicates trade programming execution action points to sales team and provides pertinent details such as store lists, updated programming calendar, and other execution requirements.
* Supports on community partnership and charitable initiatives as required.
* Leading all new product and programming application process at the LCBO, export markets and all retail customers through departmental collaboration and ensures successful product launches through providing marketing assets, product circulars and marketing samples.
* Supporting the planning and execution of consumer samplings and other trade activations, including festivals and events as required.
* Supporting the development, procurement and distribution of trade materials as required
* Supports agency brands partnership through programming support, applications, and asset organization for the sales team members
* Responsible for the management of all LCBO new product submissions and promotional programming submissions.
* Source, manage and coordinate trade tools and materials, as well as budget and forecast future needs.
* Complete monthly and quarterly marketing support reconciliations for on-premise accounts.
*Qualifications:*
* A post-secondary education, ideally in business administration or a related field.
* 3 to 5 years of sales or marketing administration experience ideally in the beverage alcohol sector
* Strong communications skills and a dedication to customer service.
