<div> <p></p> </div> <div> <p>We're seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution and lifecycle of our Internet Services portfolio, with a primary focus on 5G Wireless Home Internet and Fibre to the Home technologies. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a compelling product roadmap that drives our mission to expand high-speed internet access across rural and lesser-served parts of Canada. Reporting to the Vice President of Product & Pricing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future as a leading facilities-based Fibre and 5G provider.</p> </div> <div> <strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong> <p>? Develop and manage our 5G Wireless Home Internet and Fibre to the Home products product specifications and service definition<br>? Lead initiatives to prioritize and accelerate the deployment of 5G infrastructure and expand Fibre coverage<br>? Drive proactive management of new household availability for 5G and Fibre services, working with Network teams to ensure timely delivery of new product in areas that will drive customer growth<br>? Ensure newly available 5G coverage and Fibre-connected areas are effectively communicated to sales and marketing teams<br>? Create and maintain a comprehensive, forward-thinking product roadmap for our access products, with a strong emphasis on 5G and Fibre technologies<br>? Align the roadmap with company goals, market demands, and technological advancements to ensure differentiation and consumer preference<br>? Regularly present to build awareness and support of the roadmap among senior leadership, network, finance and marketing teams<br>? Define product requirements and service specifications for new 5G and Fibre, Wi-Fi router and mesh/pod devices<br>? Work with Supply Chain and Network teams to ensure visibility to sales and marketing demand requirements<br>? Represent product management throughout the development and deployment phases of new hardware<br>? Manage the transition from Satellite and LTE-based Internet to 5G and Fibre services, ensuring existing customers have ample time to upgrade to upgraded Internet service and working with operational teams to ultimately decommission legacy network resources</p> </div> <div> <strong>The ideal candidate will possess:</strong> <p>? B.A. in Business, Commerce or Marketing<br>? Understanding of Canadian Internet and the telecommunications market<br>? Strong experience and skillset with customer lifecycle mapping and its application<br>? Expert-level Excel; high capability in PowerPoint; comfortable in Word, PowerBI <br>? Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision supported by strong leadership and motivational skills <br>? Strong presentation skills and a demonstrated ability in effective influencing and communications <br>? Proven project management skills; including budgeting and planning<br>? Proven leadership skills to effectively motivate cross-functional departments to achieve high levels of success and productiveness <br>? Demonstrated ability to create a winning culture and influencing the organization <br>? Ability to balance the strategic requirements of the role with readiness to action day-to-day transactional requirements as needed <br>? Understanding of Canadian Internet and the telecommunications market<br>? Demonstrated know-how in business and product profitability modeling<br>?
