We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join the La Foret team!
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, and updating company files. This role is essential in maintaining a smooth workflow within the office environment and assisting with various tasks as needed.
*Duties*
* Monitor and respond to email inquiries.
* Assist in maintaining office organization by managing files, records, and documentation.
* Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
* Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.
* Utilize MS Office Suite and Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency and productivity.
*Skills*
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to operate computerized systems efficiently.
* Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
* High proficiency with MS Office Suite & Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
* *Fluent in English*
* *Intermediate-Advanced Korean required*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 ? 30 per week
