ACi Industrial is a division of Advanced Grain Handling Systems Inc., and we are seeking dedicated and experienced <strong>Journeyperson Electricians (309A)</strong> to join our dynamic team, with a focus on Industrial Agricultural Projects. We also welcome <strong>registered apprentices (2nd year or higher)</strong> who are eager to grow and develop their skills in a supportive environment. This is a full-time position with <strong>immediate start availability</strong>. <em>(This position is an on-site in-person only position, with no remote work option.)</em></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />? Electrical Installations: Execute commercial and industrial electrical installations with precision.<br />? Motor Controls: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain motor control systems.<br />? Conduit Installation: Expertly install conduit for a variety of applications.<br />? PLC Integration: Integrate and maintain PLC systems.<br />? Project Management: Plan projects, manage labor, handle procurement, maintain communications, and ensure successful wrap-up of each project.<br />? Client Relations: Work with clients to identify potential business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, consultants, general contractors, and end users.<br />? Risk Management: Mitigate project risks, address deficiencies, and estimate changes as needed.<br />? Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, field staff, and customers to ensure projects remain on track, on budget, and meet expectations.<br />? Jobsite Presence: Be present on job sites when required, and review projects upon completion to discuss successes and challenges with the foreman and superintendent.<br />? Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support project completion.</p><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong><br />? Certification: Possess a 309A licenced or be a registered apprentice (2nd year or higher).<br />? Experience: At least five (5) years of experience as an <span class="long-word">Industrial/Construction</span> Journeyperson.<br />? Education: Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree, or Electrical Technologist <span class="long-word">diploma/certificate.</span><br />? Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities.<br />? Flexibility: Willing to travel as required for various projects.<br />? Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.<br />? Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is essential.</p><p><strong>Job Type</strong>: Full-time<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> Regular shifts with OT opportunities.<br /><strong>Experience</strong>: Journeyperson Electrician: five (5) years (required).<br /><strong><span class="long-word">Licence/Certification</span></strong>: Drivers Licence (required), 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician (required)<br /><strong>Work Location</strong>: On-site, various locations, in person.<br /><strong>Ability to Commute/Relocate:</strong> to the Brantford, ON area.
